It assists with bookkeeping of financial transactions and with tracing the use of resources by department (from the different stores, use of transport, etc.). There is also a separate module for salaries and fixed assets. Based on the data entered the programme calculates the total costs per department and also the costs per patient in each department.

The data entered are automatically included in the standard reports, which include the income/expenditure statement, balance sheet, cash/bank book, bank reconciliation statements, ledger books and budget comparisons. The reports can be printed for the hospital and per department.

The programme is menu-driven, this means that the users select the modules, the entry-forms and the reports by simple clicks.
