Minimum Health Care Package Delivery in Catholic Health Units of Lower Level Comparative Survey 2003 & 2006.
In 2003 Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau conducted a baseline survey about the implementation of the Minimum Health Care Package in the lower level health units. The aim was to identify which elements, clusters and interventions of the MHCP were under provided and to obtain a reference score for monitoring purposes in the future. In June 2006 the same survey was conducted again with the aim to monitor whether the degree of completeness per level health unit and per cluster had changed and improved. This time the interviews were conducted by Diocesan staffs which were trained by the author in a 5-day workshop.
